Product Planning

We are seeking a Product Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role will be at the forefront of product planning initiatives, coordinating development efforts and keeping us ahead of the competition.

You will support future product development, launch strategies, and coordinate the full product life cycle. Your insights and strategic thinking will help guide high-impact decisions that drive brand and product success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Planning Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support short-, mid- and long-term future product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  2. Product Launch Planning: Contribute to product launch readiness activities. Work closely with Sales, PR & Marketing, and Training teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  3. Product Life Cycle Management: Track and analyse product performance across different stages of the life cycle. Recommend improvements or end-of-life strategies to optimise portfolio performance.
  4. Market Intelligence & Insights: Monitor industry trends, market share, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  5. Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning. Provide actionable insights to enhance product offerings, campaigns and incentives.
  6. Product Planning & Market Intelligence Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise monthly reports on product performance, market trends, and competitor intelligence to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. A strong analytical and research capability.
  2. Naturally curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  3. Comfortable working across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to simplify complex data.
