Audiology Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to support and empower clients of all backgrounds. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with hearing difficulties.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and providing rehabilitative support to non-complex adult clients
  • Fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and other communication strategies as appropriate
  • Referring clients to other professionals or seeking guidance from senior audiologists when needed
  • Participating in services at visiting sites and home visits
  • Liaising with National Disability Insurance Scheme representatives and other allied health agencies to ensure best practice outcomes
  • Undertaking marketing activities in the community
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Audiology
  • Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia
  • Solid knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian standards
  • Experience working with the Hearing Services Program
  • Ability to support business changes to clinical practice, products, and policies
