We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Dispenser to join our team in Sorell.
As the face of our practice, you will play a key role in welcoming patients and guiding them through their eyewear journey. You will be part of a close-knit team that is passionate about delivering top-notch eye care with a personal touch.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering a standout patient experience
- Friendly, clear communicator who makes others feel at ease
- Retail experience (especially in optical or fashion) is a bonus but not essential
- Willingness to learn about our range of eyewear and confidently share advice
- Team player with energy patience and positivity
- Availability for flexible hours including occasional Saturdays public holidays and late trade shifts
- A friendly and supportive team culture
- On-the-job training no prior optical experience needed
