**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to lead our dedicated team in the Northern and Western Sydney regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management, supervision, and coaching of the regional team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and implement organizational changes to drive business outcomes.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Care Advisors and Registered Nurses to ensure high-performing team outcomes.
  • Manage and oversee team KPIs and proactively implement strategies to meet outcomes.
  • Identify and manage risk, as well as resolve customer and stakeholder concerns.
  • Communicate regularly on expectations and performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Science, or relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and manage budgets.
  • Registration and insurance of a motor vehicle with a current unrestricted driver's license.
