Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Claims and Insurance Manager to lead our team in overseeing claims and insurance maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to administer and finalise claims and insurance tasks.
  • Oversee daily administration and finalisation of claims and insurance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer information relevant to claim resolution.
  • Lead a diverse team to meet business strategies and goals.
  • Develop and improve case management standards and quality assurance.
  • Manage and reduce work in progress (WIP) related to claims and insurance.
  • Maintain compliance obligations and delegations.
  • Assess and implement regulatory changes.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders.

As a Claims and Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for driving a collaborative culture and bringing a sound understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulators. You will also have experience in leading a team and driving commercial problem-solving skills, report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
