We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead electrical maintenance and project execution in our industrial environment.

This role involves managing high-risk, non-routine electrical tasks under the Annual Electrical Project framework. You will work closely with site and client teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

About The Role

You will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance and project execution, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. This includes developing and implementing scopes, budgets, and schedules for electrical projects.

You will also provide technical support and reliability insights to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems. Additionally, you will coordinate resources and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution.

This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Experience with Maintenance planning tools and Hazardous areas and Dossiers is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical maintenance and project execution.
  • Develop and implement scopes, budgets, and schedules for electrical projects.
  • Provide technical support and reliability insights.
  • Coordinate resources and stakeholder communication.
  • Support shutdown and outage planning.
About You
  • You must be a Trade Qualified Electrician with experience in electrical supervision within industrial or power generation environments.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is required.
  • You should have experience with Maintenance planning tools and Hazardous areas and Dossiers.
