Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to participants with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to achieve excellent outcomes for our participants
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent)
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willingness to obtain
  • Current Driver's License
  • Ability to work a 7-day roster, including overnight shifts and flexible hours
