Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Leader to join our team in Tweed Heads. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving store success, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive store culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profit goals
  • Manage store performance, including labour, inventory, and profit margins
  • Built strong relationships with trade and retail customers for sales growth and service
  • Maintain high store standards, including stock replenishment, visual displays, campaigns/promotions, and merchandising
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience with a strong desire to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a trusting team
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships via strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and organisational skills to delegate tasks and roles effectively
  • Experience servicing both trade and retail customers and growing a business
  • Demonstrated financial and strong business acumen
  • Requirement for a driver's license and the capacity to perform manual tasks

  • Paint/surface coating industry knowledge
  • Colour and design choices expertise
