Grounds and Gardens Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds and Maintenance Professional to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful gardens and grounds.
The role involves:
- Maintaining and enhancing site grounds and gardens, including turf management, tree and shrub maintenance, mowing, weed control, and watering.
- Providing proactive maintenance to structures and services as required.
- Operating and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- General maintenance experience or trades/labouring background.
- Competent in operating general maintenance/grounds equipment and chemical handling.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Valid and current drivers licence.
- Physically fit.
- Motivated, high attention to detail, and reliable.
- Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test.
- Must be double vaccinated.
- Forklift ticket (desirable).
- ACDC Weed spraying certificate (desirable).
