The role requires effective classroom management skills to enhance student learning and wellbeing. Suitable applicants will plan, program and assess using an integrated curriculum, differentiated to meet individual student needs.
They will also positively manage a team of Education Assistants to create a safe and supportive learning environment for students. They engage with and contribute to the school community and work collaboratively with families, therapists, and outside agencies to improve student outcomes.
