Our company is seeking an experienced Business Director to lead our digital transformation efforts.

">About the Role

We have a dynamic team in place, tasked with meeting the challenges of our traditional engineering services and supporting clients with their digital journey. This role will drive the client-facing roadmap and market penetration strategies across our Australian business.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Grow demand for Digital Engineering services with both established and new clients
  • Help implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities
  • Help develop BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability
  • Communicate the value proposition to the organisation and embed changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices are adopted
  • Monitor technological innovations in industry to ensure we remain contemporary in our delivery practices
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650. You'll need a solid track record in developing and leading technically capable teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and excellence.
