About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Disability Services team as a Clinical Lead.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest level of care and compassion. The Clinical Lead will work closely with the Disability Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that promote safe, effective, and ethical care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote safe, effective, and ethical care practices
  • Work collaboratively with the Disability Leadership Team to achieve organizational objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff

Requirements:

  • Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications and nursing leadership and management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
