Overview
The After Hours Nurse Manager role presents a unique opportunity to oversee the operational management of patient access and care coordination outside of regular business hours.
This includes responsibility for managing the overall facility operations, ensuring seamless patient care and monitoring key performance indicators such as Emergency Treatment Performance.
As a senior nurse in this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing nursing strategies that align with the hospital's vision to provide compassionate care through transformational, supportive and holistic nursing practices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Operational management of patient access and care coordination outside of regular business hours;
Management of facility operations, including monitoring of KPI targets;
Leadership and coordination of nursing strategies aligned with the hospital's vision;
