Director of Nursing Position

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of homecare services ensuring quality of care and customer satisfaction.
Lead a Client Services team, including registered nurses, care managers, and care coordinators, in a collaborative environment.
Manage case assignments to maintain equitable caseloads across the team.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of escalation for questions or concerns.
Function as the primary clinical decision-maker, providing continuity for our practice.
Identify opportunities for innovation that enhance person-centered care for people living with dementia.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Support growth efforts by participating in presentations and community events.
Lead clinical orientation and training for new team members.
Participate in 24/7 remote on-call rotation for urgent clinical decisions.
Conduct in-home clinical assessments for elite clientele.
Maintain regular communication with families and healthcare stakeholders.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership and management.
Strong clinical expertise and judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
