About the RoleYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients with metastatic breast cancer. Your nursing expertise will play a key role in shaping our care delivery model, ensuring every patient receives the respect, attention, and expertise they deserve.
Responsibilities- Provide information, education, and support to patients and families affected by metastatic breast cancer.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to care planning and patient education initiatives in breast cancer nursing.
- Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Minimum five years full-time equivalent post-qualification experience, with at least three years in breast cancer nursing and postgraduate qualifications in Breast Care Nursing.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across various mediums and an understanding of the practice development framework.
- Proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice using evidence-based research.
