About the Role

This position is responsible for leading corporate services in delivering all operations and support systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to implement business objectives, maintain governance, and ensure services are delivered according to core values and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to senior managers and operational leadership teams.
  • Manage end-to-end operations including clinical support services, corporate services, quality and risk, and service delivery enablement.
  • Lead recruitment drives to fill multiple operational roles.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management by embedding fit-for-purpose processes, reporting, and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement across access, patient experience, safety, and performance.
About You

Candidates should have 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with 2+ years of team leadership and clinical/operational functions experience. Proven experience running day-to-day operations in health or community services is essential. A strong commitment to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is also required.

Compliance and Requirements
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children Check – Queensland) is mandatory.
  • Mandatory vaccinations include Hep B, DTP, MMR, Varicella, and COVID-19.
  • A current driver's licence is also required.
