We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee the efficient processing of claims, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and motivate your team to exceed performance metrics
- Lead daily claims operations, overseeing workloads and setting goals
- Provide guidance on claims processing, customer queries, or escalated issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legislative standards, and regulatory requirements
- Share product knowledge and resolve escalated claims complaints
To succeed in this role, you will need prior managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the claims industry.
Requirements- Prior managerial or team leader experience (claims or insurance sector preferred)
- Experience leading high-performance teams and developing people
- Claims or insurance industry knowledge is advantageous
