Key Responsibilities- Lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
- Drive sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and support the crew.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience.
