Job Title: Child Protection Unit Office Manager

The Child Protection Unit (CPU) is responsible for providing operational and administrative management to the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective service support, coordination, facilitation, and assistance to staff and clients to achieve their objectives and responsibilities.

\

In addition, the Office Manager will be responsible for processing requests for the release of information contained in a person's clinical record. This may involve receiving requests from various sources, including patients, legal entities, and third parties. The Office Manager must be able to determine the appropriate response to these requests in a complex work environment.

\

The ideal candidate will have highly developed and effective management skills, with extensive experience in a health service environment encompassing administration, finance, and resource management, as well as health service delivery.

\

Required qualifications include a degree in Business or Health Service Management or equivalent, or relevant work experience. The successful candidate must also possess high-level verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate, build, and maintain relationships with a wide range of people.

\
