Defence Contracts Expert Opportunity

The Defence industry is currently experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a skilled Contracts Advisor to join the Supply Chain Management capability on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with various stakeholders across Legal, Functional, Engineering, and Commercial departments.
- Provide accurate and clear contract interpretation advice to support teams and projects within the Defence sector.
- Support the execution of program drafts, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements.
- Manage a template suite for documents, ensuring ongoing efficiencies and reviewing as necessary.
- Collaborate with in-house legal counsel to resolve complex contract matters.
- Offer advice to project managers and other business stakeholders on contract activities related to their programs of work.
- Conduct reviews and updates of processes and contract templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For this role, our client requires a contracts expert with experience in drafting contracts and possessing legal qualifications or experience. Demonstrated expertise in contractual interpretation is essential.
