Aquinas College is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Library Resource Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position will involve working with the Library Manager and all College staff and students to ensure successful delivery of library resources, digital engagement services and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work successfully within a team, ICT skills and digital media experience, and qualifications appropriate to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with the Library Manager and other College staff to develop and implement library resources and digital engagement services that support student learning and achievement.
  • To provide high-quality customer service to students, staff and parents, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • To maintain accurate records of library resources, including cataloguing and shelving books, CDs, DVDs and other materials.
  • To assist with the development and implementation of digital engagement strategies, including social media and online platforms.
  • To participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in library resource management and digital engagement.
