As one of two Library Operations Coordinators, you will lead the frontline library operations and collection services across our extensive library network. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our community members, from overseeing operational elements to driving innovation and leveraging technology.

Your extensive leadership experience will be pivotal in shaping the future of our library services. You will work closely with our Library Branch Coordinators to develop and implement industry-leading frontline library operations and collection services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading occupational health and safety initiatives, including incident management and risk assessment
  • Undertaking roster analysis and understanding borrowing patterns to ensure we have the right collections for our community
  • Developing and implementing business plans to drive service delivery and improve outcomes
  • Supporting and promoting the learning, engagement, and effective performance of staff across library operations
