You will lead a high-performing team ensuring the integrity, compliance, and strategic use of VET data to inform decision-making and policy development across the state.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team delivering high-quality client service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with AVETMISS and national VET reporting obligations.
  • Provide expert advice on system administration, user access, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance data quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives informed by client feedback and strategic priorities.
