**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Data and Systems, the Data and Systems Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the whole Flinders Foundation team in the administration of data, systems and IT to support the implementation of fundraising strategies and organisational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the integrity of all information in the Salesforce database, ensuring records are accurate, comprehensive and up to date.
- Perform data imports to the Salesforce database
- Provide project support to the Head of Data and Systems, including testing of system upgrades, process changes and data updates.
- Provide system administration support, including user support, general maintenance, issue resolution and escalating issues to third party support partners.
- Process all mail, online and direct debit donations
- Assist the Data and Systems Specialist in IT and systems training plan preparation and delivery.
- Provide cover in the Business Support Coordinator role during periods of absence.
- Deliver excellent donor experience and care through all contact points ensuring enquiries are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

- 3 years prior experience in a data and systems administration role that involve high empathy/service levels to clients, supporters or the community.
- Prior exposure to donor programs, similar community services or fundraising programs.
- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships across a highly diverse group of stakeholders.
- Upbeat, friendly, courteous and respectful phone manner as well as comforting personal demeanour.
- Competent in the use of Salesforce, MS Suite Office Applications and Outlook.
- Highly competent in the use of MS Excel.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Open to giving and receiving both positive and constructive feedback.

Preferred
- Qualifications in data administration or related disciplines
- Demonstrated industry experience in data management or a similar position within a fundraising environment
