Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage short-term and long-term quarry reserve plans to meet production targets.
- Oversee geological assessments and work with consultants to identify areas for extraction.
- Design and implement quarry layouts and resource extraction plans.
- Coordinate with the Environmental and Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit required approvals, reports, permits and documentation.
- Minimum 7 years in quarry or mining operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of quarry reserves planning, environmental management and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-site operations and leading teams.
- Extensive knowledge of quarry and mining planning legislation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong strategic project management and planning skills.
