
Contract Governance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the University's Contract Governance policy, procedures, and frameworks.
This involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and supporting the development and implementation of contract governance policies, procedures, and frameworks across the University.
The Coordinator will review, monitor, and update university policy, procedure, practice, and frameworks applicable to contract governance at the University.
They will develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs and strive for excellence in their work.
The Coordinator will also assist in the administration of contracts, including tracking key milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
Ensure that all contract documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Requirements- A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to the development of practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet stakeholder needs while maintaining alignment with organisational standards.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, track key deadlines, and maintain accurate and complete records.
- Experience in preparing documentation and using administrative systems to support contract and compliance processes is essential.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
