Seeking an expert Research Contracts Specialist to coordinate research contracts with industry partners, universities and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a wide range of research-related contracts ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure efficient contract management and reputation protection.
  • Project manage the review, drafting and execution of contracts including high-value agreements.
  • Provide recommendations on risk management and compliance to inform contractual decisions.
Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in commercial principles and contracts management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contract negotiation, project costing and risk analysis.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
