Job Title:

Auditor Learning Manager

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to manage the implementation of learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit & Assurance practice. This will involve working closely with the Audit Learning Manager to develop, implement, and communicate strategies that support audit learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end development and implementation of learning solutions, facilitation of technical audit content, overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement and management.

This role also involves responding to learner fatigue and enhancing learning experiences, as well as implementing high-quality, timely, and impactful learning solutions that maintain a focus on audit quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong team building skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities
