Job Overview

The Student Systems Analyst will provide critical support services for student management related systems, ensuring high-quality technical assistance and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.

This key role involves working collaboratively across teams to ensure digital platforms are effective, efficient, and responsive to evolving staff and student needs.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our course and credential systems, creating and updating course information that underpins student progress tracking and academic management.

They will also support the credentialing process, ensuring issued qualifications meet rigorous National and State Standards for accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide proactive technical support for student management related systems.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure digital platforms are effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of our course and credential systems.
  • Create and update course information that underpins student progress tracking and academic management.
  • Support the credentialing process to ensure issued qualifications meet rigorous National and State Standards for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or relevant visa or permanent residency.
  • Relevant skills and experience in student management related systems and credentialing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
