Working closely with Student Engagement team, this role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure prospective students receive timely, accurate and helpful information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their career in education, customer service or sales support.
The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to support student outcomes through high-quality service.The Student Recruitment team plays a pivotal role in expanding Risepoint's reach by attracting and engaging prospective students.
This team is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies and guiding students through the application and enrolment process.How You Will Make An ImpactProvide timely and accurate administrative support across multiple university partnersHelp maintain consistent communication with prospective students by managing shared inboxes and responding to SMS campaignsAssist with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged to encourage re-engagementSupport the enrolment team with call tasks, chat inquiries, and lead follow-upEnsure student data is accurately maintained in internal systems and CRMsSupport a positive enrolment experience for every student you interact withKey CapabilitiesClient service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience in customer service, sales support, or education-related fields will be highly regarded but is not essential.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesStudent Outreach AssistanceContacting warm leads who have enquired about our partner programsAdministrative SupportManaging the general inboxes for our university partnersEmailing leads accurate information and responding to SMS campaigns in a timely mannerData Integrity and AdministrativeEnsuring student records are kept up to date so that students receive the correct information regarding their application and/or enrolmentJob QualificationsEducationCompletion of a Bachelor degree or working towards a tertiary qualificationExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative, customer service or support role is desirable but not essentialFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantageAttributesStudent-centric and service-minded approachHigh attention to detail and accuracyFriendly, approachable, and eager to learnReliable and accountable for individual tasks and team contributionTravel RequirementsOccasional interstate travel is requiredDevelopment OpportunitiesThis role provides a strong foundation for career progression within student enrolment, customer service or education support functions at Risepoint.
