A Tertiary education provider located South of the River, seeks an experienced Student placement Coordinator

**Your new company**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Student placement Coordinator to join a State Government department south of the river for an initial 3-month assignment.

**Your new role**

Manage and coordinate student placements within the various focus areas
Coordinate and allocate student placements
Manage databases and locate student information from within their internal systems
Utilise clinical calendars,
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Prepare students for placements

Manage placement follow-ups on completed placements, including verifying hours, competency checks
Manage compliance and required clearances

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Successful applicants must have a good understanding of different IT systems.
- A methodical nature
- Display discretion and diplomacy
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
