Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
  • Identify areas of improvement in clients' business operations and accounting procedures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Communicate results and provide recommendations to clients

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified CA or equivalent qualification
  • Solid understanding of audit standards and practices
  • At least 3 years' experience in audit
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willfulness to travel when required
