About the Role
As Audit Director, you'll lead high-quality external audits across a diverse client base, providing strategic direction, technical insight, and thought leadership. You'll work closely with partners, manage a high-performing team, and engage directly with Boards and Audit Committees.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading multiple complex audit engagements across all phases
  • Developing strategic client relationships and contributing to business growth
  • Mentoring and developing audit talent at all levels
  • Reviewing and signing off audit reports with precision and confidence
  • Building subject matter expertise in the aged care and NFP sectors
  • Representing the firm at industry events and forums
About You
You are a natural leader with:
  • CA/CPA qualifications (RCA accreditation highly regarded)
  • 10+ years' experience in external audit within Australia
  • Strong technical knowledge of AASBs and ASAs
  • A track record of managing complex audit jobs and high-performing teams
  • A collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder skills
  • Experience or interest in the aged care, NFP or disability services sectors
Proficiency in CaseWare or similar audit software and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools are essential. A current driver's licence is also required.
