Appointment Scheduler Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer experiences and effectively manage the scheduling of appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with multiple clients to schedule appointments that meet their needs
  • Ensure client satisfaction by offering guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate appointment calendars to ensure studio capacity requirements are met
  • Confirm appointments with customers within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documents to internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with senior team members to achieve business targets
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support, including document filing and calendar reporting
