The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer experiences and effectively manage the scheduling of appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple clients to schedule appointments that meet their needs
- Ensure client satisfaction by offering guidance and support
- Maintain accurate appointment calendars to ensure studio capacity requirements are met
- Confirm appointments with customers within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents to internal and external clients
- Collaborate with senior team members to achieve business targets
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support, including document filing and calendar reporting
