  • Branch Service Level Management: Ensure seamless delivery of Washroom, Hygiene, and First Aid services across all branches.
  • Technician Performance Optimization: Work closely with service technicians to achieve daily targets and company non-negotiables.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Maintain a safe, presentable, and compliant vehicle fleet in line with local legislation requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Inventory Planning: Plan and execute inventory requirements within budgetary constraints, taking into account sales pipeline and company policies.
  • Support for Business Manager: Collaborate with the business manager on people-related matters, including recruitment, probation reviews, performance discussions, and disciplinary actions.

  • Current People Manager or 3+ Years' Managerial Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business objectives.
