About the Role
  • We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineer to lead planning and scheduling of resources on design projects to deliver flawlessly executed projects to clients
  • The successful candidate will direct plan production and technical staff, review design calculations, promote team growth, and assist with site/civil land development engineering projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and scheduling of resources on design projects to deliver flawlessly executed projects to clients
  • Direct plan production and technical staff, review design calculations, promote team growth, and assist with site/civil land development engineering projects
  • Perform goal setting for the team, conduct performance reviews, and work with discipline leaders on personnel changes and interviews

Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and possess 10+ years of professional Site/Civil Design experience, including Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification. Prior people management experience is also highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years professional Site/Civil Design experience
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required
  • Previous people management experience, including establishing goals with staff, performance management and reviews, conflict resolution, and desire to lead
