Exceptional Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support across various touchpoints.
Your primary focus will be on providing advice and assistance with product information, sizing, and recommendations to customers. You will also handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will engage with internal departments for issue resolution and experience improvements. Your tasks will include processing online orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
You will continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and proactively suggesting solutions. Other duties may include carrying out warehouse tasks from time to time, ensuring the building/s, stock, and equipment are always secure and kept in a clean manner, and overseeing all WHS processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support across various touchpoints.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out warehouse tasks from time to time.
- Oversee all WHS processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and patience.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, in an eCommerce, retail, hospitality, or reception environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Australia Post eParcel & Business Support Portal (or similar).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using Shopify (or similar).
- Experience using Gorgias, Zendesk, or other customer-based platforms.
- Customer-centric, always looking for their best outcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
