As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will form meaningful connections with First Nations students and families to foster academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support services for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children, students, families, and communities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for student progression.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to engagement and develop strategies for proactive wellbeing.
- Establish partnerships with out-of-school support services and information providers.
- A deep commitment to supporting First Nations students and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
- Experience in education or community-based roles is highly valued.
