As a Venue Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venues. Your role will involve managing day-to-day service, supervising and mentoring staff in kitchen operations and food preparation, as well as catering for events with high levels of service and product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock levels and reconciling deliveries
  • Creating weekly rosters for your venue
  • Meeting performance targets and maintaining quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid food safety supervisor certificate
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to catering is highly regarded
