We are seeking a Creative Director Architect to lead our architectural projects from concept to completion.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards for design and work products, overseeing design research, programmatic analysis, and compliance with local codes. They will also guide material and finish selection, lead and/or review design documentation, draft design narratives, communicate design goals to the team, and foster strong relationships with clients, the design community, and government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of a professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed in state of practice; LEED or other green building accreditation preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable strategies and principles including familiarity with LEED or other green building rating systems.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Rhino, parametric and rendering software, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD.
