Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for an Associate Creative Director or team to help lead that momentum.
As a duo or part of, you'll drive concept development and execution across campaigns - leading with an entrepreneurial mindset, cultural instinct and a hands-on approach to craft.
Working closely with strategists, designers, producers and marketing leads, you'll help shape bold ideas from pitch to production, growing brands through community participation and growing the people around you in the process.
A DAY IN THE LIFE: Lead by Doing: Be hands-on in the creative process—crafting, shaping and refining ideas that deliver both creatively and commercially.
Partner Well: Collaborate as an art and copy team on key projects and clients, while mentoring junior creatives and designers to raise the overall standard of work.
Own the Work: Take responsibility for creative direction and execution across campaigns, content, and branded experiences.
Inspire Clients: Present ideas with confidence and clarity, bringing clients along on the creative journey.
Make it Culturally Sharp: Keep work fresh, relevant and conversation-worthy by staying attuned to cultural signals and creative trends.
Work as One Team: Collaborate with strategists, designers, producers and marketing leaders to deliver seamless, end-to-end ideas that drive commercial outcomes.
Grow Others: Support the development of emerging creatives by giving constructive feedback and creative guidance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:6–10 year's experience in agency or brand-side creative roles, including experience in leading projects and mentoring others.
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction or copywriting craft, and campaign execution across digital, social, film, and experiential formats.
Hands-on ability to direct shoots, shape visuals, write scripts, or refine storytelling in real time.
Creative leadership on mid-to-large scale campaigns with a collaborative mindset and the ability to bring others on the journey.
Fluency in tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (Art Director); strong conceptual and written communication skills (Copywriter).
Cultural radar that's always on—with the ability to turn community insights into ideas that resonate.
Activations: Experience across activations, brand experiences or physical events.
