We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Architect.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality project outcomes from client relationship communication to contract administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes from client relationship communication to contract administration.
  • Multitask and work autonomously with regular updates to directors.
  • Produce project-specific design solutions and coordinate secondary consultant documentation.
  • Ensure accurate construction documentation to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4+ years' postgraduate experience in delivering single residential projects and small-scale commercial projects.
  • Experience working on SDA homes and local council town planning/Rescode experience.
  • Strong skills in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Familiarity with Australian building standards and relevant codes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be proactive and focused on delivering quality results.
