**About the Role**This role requires a skilled professional to drive strategic and operational matters as the organization continues to grow. You will be integral in driving change management and system projects to enhance how we interact with our business.The successful candidate will bring previous experience to make an impact on how our people take the lead on the new journey. You will support our teams with employee relations and industrial relations matters right through to all facets of the employee lifecycle.**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**We are looking for someone with preferably worked in either government or within a complex organizational structure, working autonomously to drive outcomes. You will have superior communication and negotiation skills with experience in interpreting awards and legislative provisions to key stakeholders.**Nice to Have**
  • Experience with a Human Resources Information Management System
  • Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary People and Culture practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
