Opportunity

We are launching a new capability to strengthen the bridge from basic discovery to translational and therapeutic outcomes. This role will set the vision, build the infrastructure, and establish collaborations that make us a leader in structure-enabled translational research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a sustainable hub within our Development Platform, designing an operating model that scales with demand.
  • Define the technical scope and strategic direction for the hub, ensuring alignment with our translational priorities.
  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies that accelerate or enhance structural and biophysical insights.
Requirements
  • A PhD in structural biology, molecular biophysics, protein biochemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading structural and biophysical projects with translational or therapeutic relevance is essential.
  • A proven ability to establish new capabilities, workflows, or technology platforms in an academic or industry setting is necessary.
