Compliance Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies, programs, processes, and systems to foster a culture of compliance.
  • Lead compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor business activities and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance-related reporting and engage with Regulators and Legal Advisors.
  • Facilitate documentation in the Compliance Management Information System.
  • Maintain national licensing and accreditation platforms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in senior compliance, controls, or audit functions.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and advise the business.
  • Understanding of delivery methodology and technical requirements.
  • Strong accountability and collaborative attitude.
  • University degree in Legal, Finance, Commerce, or related field desirable.
