Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the compliance of our education programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and quality standards are met.

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for leading audits, managing rectification actions, and facilitating staff understanding of compliance obligations through training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks
  • Develop and implement data collection and reporting systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance obligations
  • Manage rectification actions and implement improvements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (compliance, education, management)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in education leadership, specifically compliance focused
  • Broad understanding of contractual, legislative, and regulatory environment
  • Passion for community development and education
  • Proven ability to manage time and plan priorities
  • Excellent communication, engagement, and negotiation skills
