Immersive Beauty Experience Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Immersive Beauty Experience Specialist to join our team. As an expert in creating bespoke beauty experiences, you will be responsible for leading and hosting retail events that showcase the magic of Dior.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering personalized product recommendations through one-on-one consultations or small group demonstrations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborating with store teams to identify key clients for event invitations and ensuring seamless follow-up.
  • Taking a leading role on-counter between events, driving brand animation through services and immersive storytelling.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a luxury Skincare/Fragrance Expert or Make-up Artist, with a deep understanding of the brand's values and aesthetic.
  • A proven track record in driving exceptional retail results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • High energy, confidence in public speaking, and a passion for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Consistently upholding immaculate grooming standards in line with Christian Dior's world-renowned luxury image.
  • Ability to connect with clients in a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Flexibility to travel for events and work across locations as needed.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, fashion, and luxury.
