Customer Experience Manager Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Support the store manager in motivating the team to provide personalized customer service.
  • Lead by example, with a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing; train, mentor, coach, and provide feedback to staff.
  • Utilize product knowledge to help customers achieve their beauty goals and empower the team through coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, particularly in the beauty industry, with experience leading teams and delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.

  • An experienced leader with at least 2 years of similar experience.
  • Strong communication skills to form genuine connections with customers and team members.
  • A creative touch for merchandising.
