We are currently seeking an experienced Demand Planning and Supply Chain Systems Expert to join our team as a Senior System Implementation Business Lead. The right candidate will lead the implementation of our new Demand Planning/Financial Planning System, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership experience, and the ability to drive system adoption across the business. You will need to have experience in implementing demand planning systems, preferably with a focus on system implementation.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Develop and manage the system implementation project plan, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Document functional and technical requirements for the system.
  • Develop and execute a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across teams.
  • Provide training support to end users and ensure high-level system adoption post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or project management, with a focus on system implementation.
  • Proven experience in implementing demand planning and financial forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage, train, and present to key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and driving system adoption across the business.
