We are seeking a skilled Operations Planning Manager to join our team at Moderna Therapeutics.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading site-specific planning processes, ensuring the alignment and implementation of global supply chain standards in site planning practices.
You will collaborate closely with the Global Supply Chain Planning team to synchronize tactical plans with site-level operations, overseeing production, release, and supply plans to promptly address and resolve any deviations from expected timelines.
Your responsibilities will also include tracking and analyzing performance metrics, leading root cause resolution for systemic issues, and ensuring material availability in collaboration with the Global Material Planning team to meet production demands.
